Spa Cancellation Policy

We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation as our services are leisure services and excluded from the cooling-off period in terms of ECTA. The fee will depend on the nature of the treatment, the length of notice of cancellation, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the time slot, and the reason for cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

•100% Cancellation/Rescheduling charge of spa services when cancelled/rescheduled on the day.

•50% Cancellation/Rescheduling charges of spa services when cancelled/rescheduled 12 hours prior to treatments booked.

Rejuva Spa nor its employees or consultants may in any way be held accountable for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct or indirect, suffered to the guest whilst on the premises or whilst under the care of an employee or consultant of the Spa, unless such injuries or damages were caused due to Rejuva Spa’s gross negligence or were within our reasonable control. 

All spa facilities are used at their own risk.

Spa Payment Policy

We request that a 50% deposit be paid on all spa packages more than R 600 at the time of invoicing in order to confirm.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages, or service series

When arriving late for an appointment

Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time.

Rebook

Rebook on the day receive an immediate 10% discount to say Thank You for your loyalty.

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refundable.

Vouchers automatically expire to a no-show appointment, lost or if not cancelled in 12 hours of confirmation.

Valid for 3 years from the date issued.

Prices may differ from when the voucher was purchased.

Lost or theft

The Spa is not responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or misfortune that may occur unless such injuries or damages were caused due to Rejuva Spa’s gross negligence or were within our reasonable control.
